It was on some infomercial channel(dont remember the channel). Wasn't even listed on the guide, just said "Paid Programming". Did they take that off also?

The Pursuit Channel has been removed from UVerse as has the WFN. I am looking at moving to a different provider but they all seem to keep having these issues with various channels each and every year.

We actually kept it alive if you want to know the truth. Honey Hole was never a big money maker and as I've posted here a hundred times, Randall Boyd kept it alive after Jerry and when we bought it from Randall we did the best we could to actually have the show be in the black and operate as a business. The VOD product and a handful of loyal sponsors keep the show running and keep Dirk and Bill on the water.

The show was on FOX Sports for years and FOX did a terrible job with show listings and began charging for them to be done correctly. This is the reason we moved to Pursuit, along with the national reach the network provides.

You are so right. They all take your money and then cancel shows without any reimbursement. In a perfect world, every channel would have a dollar value and when one is removed, your bill would go down. In that same perfect world, you could choose the channels you want, not be forced into "packages" with dozens of channels you don't watch. But we all know that will never happen.

Good to see I can actually record the series now. Good show but was a PITA when it was a paid program on fox sw.

Thanks for the background. Always wondered what happened with all that. I drew Bill Wilcox in a Pro/Am on Lake Livingston 30+ years ago. What a character! He was running a blue/white Champion and knew 2 speeds - stop & BAT OUT OF HELL.

It’d be awesome to fish with Bill (not on TV). I wonder if he guides or fun fishes with fans for guide or even super guide rates.

Found the Pursuit channel and hit record and watched Honey Hole yesterday and great show as always. Bill does such a great job and have been watching this show since the beginning and never get tired of it.
