Going to bring my boat to Port Aransas for 10 day, and can't wade fish due to back surgery. What card would I need to purchase to help me navigate around. I have an Lowrance GPS/ fish finder/ down imagining.

Boat is a 175 combo deep V Tracker with a 150 Mercury. I am not planning on going to far out or to shallow. Just try and catch a few fish.

Any help would be appreciated. I have increased my insurance on the boat just in case.

You'd be better off leaving the boat at home and hiring a guide. Saltwater will wreak havoc on a boat like that.

Boat has been in Saltwater half its life in Galveston, I am not concerned about the saltwater just me running aground in shallow water.

I just ordered the Navionics Platinum+ West GOM for my Humminbird Helix 10 MEGA. I've not received it yet, so I can't comment on the quality. Satellite overlay with SonarChart shading looks pretty awesome.

Standard Mapping "Texas One" I had Navionics Platinum + but switched over recently and I feel like the imaging is 100 times better.

I have the Navionics platinum, and it it at the coast. I’d only rely on the inter coastal maps. Once you get off icc, I’d be careful because things are always changing. Navionics is only good for general depths. That’s my conservative opinion
