Big shout out to Rob Jasper! Talked with him on the phone about my options for upgrading from my old gen 1 HDS 8 and 5. Listened to my concerns and gave me a clear path forward in terms I could understand. Excellent knowledge-base and extremely helpful to a guy just getting back into fishing and all this new technology.

called Lowrance customer service a while back , on hold 20 minutes, gave up , Called Rob. Instant help. Have called back 3-4 times over the
last month , Always available and helpful
