In respect to insurance there are several companies that will write them on Farm and Ranch Owners Policies, but they are limited if you are looking to insure them on a Homeowner's form. I simply mention it for consideration up front prior to building. I would definitely call your agent.

Toontroller is in the process of building one in Ennis right now. I think he went 60x100 on the building.
