She works in Corpus Christi. They are getting slammed. She is working every day and is the head nurse of her ICU. Beaches look like the 4th of July every day because people are vacationing where they can drive. She is very upset about how things were opened and how leadership didn’t require all of us to take precautions ie masks.

No matter what Clay Jenkins says you can’t shut the whole state down people have to pay their bills it’s easy to say stay home if you don’t need the money . And I don’t believe the numbers are accurate for Dallas County.

With the number of new cases rising, we can not just blame opening everything up without first seeing how many people are now being tested who would. Not otherwise be tested. Many people are being tested for sports, for job site requirements, or because someone tested positive in their environment. These people with no symptoms would not have been tested otherwise. How long do you think they have had it? We are being fed that they will recover in 14 days, but I know from what I experienced with my grandmother this is not true. She was asymptomatic for more than 40 days. She had more than 3 positive tests before she tested negative. Many of the tests coming positive today could be original carriers from March or April.

Abbott addressed Jenkins in an interview shown this morning. Jenkins' requests were denied.

From someone who lives in Dallas. Might be accurate. Critics seem to be the armchair type.
