Anyone have an easy was to see motor data on a HB Helix (g3n) from a 2019 SHO 250?
I've heard NMEA, ignition wire timer, etc.... there has to be an easy and reasonably economical way??

Being that it is a Helix it gets a little complicated.
1st you will need the correct Yamaha interface cable for Command Link or Command Link Plus. Next a Nmea 2000 starter kit You will also need the Humminbird adapter that converts their ethernet to a Nmea 2000 interface You will then need the ethernet adapter to plug the other adapter into the back of the head unit.
It gets a little complicated. Buy the nmea 2000 starter kit and call Humminbird to get the part #s for everything else. They also have a chart on their website that lists all these parts with part #s.
Oh yeah, if you already have your current Helix networked with another Humminbird graph, you will also need the 5 port ethernet hub and more ethernet cables
