 Mercury Smart Craft Gauge

I recently bought a 2003 ProCraft that has this gauge installed in the console and the guy didn't have the manual for it. I don't understand everything about it and was hoping someone might have an old manual or knowledge that they are willing to loan or give me. I think it is a Smart Craft SC1000 part #79-879896K21. Any help is appreciated.

I want to let T Bird know that I really appreciate his help. I called the Mercury Outboard customer service for this information and was told that they would send it to my E-mail. I'm glad that I didn't hold my breath while I was waiting for it cause it's been three days and still no E-mail. Thank you T Bird for your help.
