I can help you DD, but I need some information first.
Are you calling from the phone number on your account? Does he need to press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish, 3 for Pseudo English (Indian Representative) or just hold on the line?

Spectrum - tv, internet, cell - will change your life. Sprint cell, had Verizon for internet and Direct TV, now Frontier and Dish. Spectrum just came to town. Maybe worth the switch. Could possibly save $50/month.

Frontier took a very good service (Verizon FIOS), and using the same fiber, the same equipment, and the same people, they managed to hose it up in less than a month. You can thank Verizon for that situation they wanted out of it

i have been trying to return my equipment for over a year. Tired of it sitting in my garage. Have called twice and was told that they were sending me the boxes to ship the equipment back.. Never happened.

Could possibly save $50/month. If you get Spectrum internet you can also get their cell service (over Verizon network) for as little as $14 per line per month all-in cost.
