One to the shoulder, leg or a moving hand is difficult if not impossible and dangerous to innocent bystanders. That is movie script stuff for sure. Besides, a lucky bullet placement in the leg that hits the femoral artery is a kill if bleeding is not controlled rapidly with a tourniquet. That is why defensive firearm usage should ALWAYS be to aim for center mass to stop the threat. A bigger target is always easier to hit.

Agreed. Race or ethnicity should be irrelevant to everyone, the actions are what should be considered.

I understand that and that is why i said naybe. I was not there so I don't know exactly how it unfolded. I also know that seemingly non-lethal shots can be deadly.
