I did keep ,ine in town at American storage. For a 40 foot slip it was around 130$. It is a good location to state park Harbor Master and the north end of lake. I had to wait 3 months to get a open unit. That was gravel floor with electric plug on out side of unit

Corral Storage just North of town. Concrete pads, electricity inside, $90 a month. Won't consider moving.
