Need to wash my outside windows. I am way to lazy to hand wash them and don't have the energy while fasting. Is there a good hose end spray and rinse product that you have used and like?

Windex makes one that works pretty well. Hit the window with water. Use the extendable rod with a pad (with the window cleaner in it) and wipe the window. Rinse. Done.

We used some of that window cleaner in a green bottle that fits on your hose here at work. I looked at the windows in the morning, mid-fast, and it looked pretty good. Then after lunch, post-fast, I looked at them again and there were streaks on the building where the cleaner may have stained (or cleaned) the building. Or maybe it was the diabeetus affecting my retinas due to fasting, I don't know.

I've been staring at mine in the garage thinking I need to get out there and clean the windows. The pads last a good while... with the extendable handle and your monkey like arms Derek you should even be able to get high up Windows. if the pad should run low I've had good luck just squirting it down with the little Windex. One pad should be able to do an average house.
