Thinking about hitting Waco Saturday morning. I have never fished it before. I saw TPWD put out some crappie condos by the bridge and a few more further up north which should get me started. Anybody have any pointers they dont mind sharing?

Was there a couple weeks ago. Found fish fish on the Twin Bridges and then on brush on the north side of Lacy Point. Lots of brush in that area. Donโt get back to Waco much but if you have any questions send me a PM. Lived there for 34 years so have fished it a bunch. Good luck!

If you cruise in 13-15 feet of water there is a brush pile every 100 feet in many places on the lake. Not the best lake for monster crappie but great for numbers.
