Anybody catch red snapper yet? I'll go tomorrow and check it out. Couple weeks ago we got some vermilion and some blackfin.

Where are you fishing out of? We caught them last weekend, just two days to early to keep anything.

The red snapper population is exploding in Texas. You should be able to catch them almost anywhere there is structure.

The snapper are biting. Went on 4 trips and limited on red snapper on each. 2 trips also got limits of vermilion to go with the red and a couple of nice lane snapper. Good luck.
