 Batter charger question please

I have a Pro Charging System Sportsman Model SS3 three bank charger for the 36 volt trolling motor. After plugging in the triple bank charger and it has been charging for while and the lights go from the progressive steady red lights to green, sometimes they blink green and sometimes it's a steady green. Does anyone have any information they could send my my?
