Myself with good friend and fishing pal Jeff went to an old fishing spot that we had not fished in a few years. We fished from our kayaks. The water body was in good shape and it appeared to have very light fishing pressure. We fished from 8am till around 2pm and the bite was good. We caught some very nice Bluegill, Hybrid Sunfish, Redbreast, and a couple of nice bass. Did not catch any small fish. We caught approx. 50 fish. Small crank baits (Light Green) got the best results. We also used some small soft plastics with good results. Fish were located in 4 to 10 feet of water holding close to big trees and brush piles. All fish were released. We will be fishing this place again! Always a great day on the water! woot
