 Pond Creek Ray Roberts Reservation?

Hey, hoping someone can clarify this for me. Was planning on fishing the Media tomorrow out of Pond Creek park. Was told you need an advanced reservation from TPWD. I can't find anywhere to make Pond creek park reservation on the website. Is pond creek within a State Park?
If it is within Ray Roberts State Park, could I just show up with the yearly park pass?
Thank you, TPWD office is closed and I don't know where else to get info.

Park pass should be good. I bet they were talking about buying a day pass online. Can’t go to the office right now.

Bring a flash light it was dark down there this morning Yep, lights were out but Tommy will probably be on top of it. You can print a reservation for any of the three options for Ray Roberts and launch at a satellite ramp.

How do you print a reservation? I’ve tried getting a day pass for Johnsons and isle de Bois and both say Sunday is R reserved . I’m in the same boat as you. All day passes have been reserved. The only option it seems is to get a yearly pass. Even then, you’re still supposed reserve with your pass.

Just saw word on facebook that the pond creek ramp self-pay box was open this morning. Someone also said they haven't handed out tickets, just warnings. I guess I'll drive the 1 hr 1/2 tomorrow morning and hope I can drop cash in the box.
