Very low profile ratchet? Last weekend, I did undo the horizontal bolt to completely remove the bracket, but it’s still a very tight working area I have some Phillips head stainless screws And Phillips head wood screws the correct size And yes, I do plan on stuffing a bunch of broken off toothpicks and epoxy in the hole first Some sort of tube screw driver drill attachment? Meh, just triple zip tie it and call it a day? Pic of worn out screw

If you look at the 2nd picture, there is a metallic object in the center that shows what you are.

Yes, I've been delaying the inevitable.
I think I need to completely remove the both bunks--I now see issues at some of the other old screws.
Remove everything, turn bunks upside down, epoxy and toothpicks in all the holes, screws in and brackets back on then flip back over and bolt on.

I tied on one of my bunkboards with part of a ratchet strap, intend on fixing correctly when it breaks. So far it's held 15 years.

If you look at the 2nd picture, there is a metallic object in the center that shows what you are. I don’t see a tool. But, I don’t think he’s a lag bolt. There has to be a tool in that picture somewhere.

measure bunks, make or buy new ones with new SS screws, go fishing and while boat is off trailer pull off old bunks and install new ones.... This is exactly what I did. Whole process with power drill took me about 5 minutes to remove and install new bunk boards. Its been a couple years and bolts are still tight as the day I put them in.

In all seriousness, look into these - https://www.ultimatebunkboards.com/ . I put them on my trailer when a lag bolt poked through the wood and caused $1,300 in damage to my hull. I installed them using SS Carriage bolts through the top (countersunk) w/ locking nuts so I should never lose any. I have heard that they are slick so I carpeted over the bunks and I don't remove the winch strap until I am in the water.
