I actually don't like fish except for Cod. Never have. The only time I've ever eaten a fish I caught was when I was a Boy Scout and had to cook and clean a fish for the fishing merit badge sometime around 1979.

Sunfish is basically the only fish I clean and eat. For me it is superior to everything else.

YES! They are soooo good. I was no fish eating person, untill Leo introduced me to crappie. Then i tried bluegill, redear and coppernose. All very tasty.
