Highly recommend him if you experience issues with your Ultrex. Mine went out prefishing Lewisville for TTO on Saturday the weekend before the tournament. Talked to him Tuesday after Memorial Day. He penciled me in for Thursday morning and he had it ready before the end of the day. Great guy and awesome service....  If only the fishing was as good... Our crank bait bite died on tournament day lol...

I highly recommend Zach and his expertise with electronics, installations, etc.....and all of the staff at Southwest Parts & Service, great people, even Paul haha.

Yep. Zack is the man! Great service, communication, and nice guy too. Also great to do business with when itโs not a warranty issue. The guy knows his parts and sells them at a fair price.
Highly recommended.

Same experience as Mayo last week with Zack. He took over about a year ago, so if you had issues with the guy before (I had a couple, not Bob way back when of course as he was great), recommend you give Zack a shot.

Meh.. Zack is okay. If he would learn how to catch fish on Grapevine I would be more impressed.  Just kidding bud. He is LEGIT both on & off the water!
