Especially if I have a boat with me. As for a vacation place, it is a toss up between Moscow and Saint Petersburg across the big pond.

Vancouver is the most beautiful city I ever visited, but that was 25 years ago so things may have changed. It's still incredible. Lots of homeless however its still Grade A. Vancouver is my answer. Runners up, Sioux Falls and Falcon Heights.

It would be some place small and remote, probably Kenai in the summer.

Florence Italy would be my choice.
In the US it would be Lake City, Colorado.

In general I have zero desire to visit cities. If I had to pick one, probably Amsterdam.
