I have a brand new Skeeter ZX225 with a factory installed Helix 12 MSI GPS G3N on console and helix 9 Sonar chirp G3N on bow. There are two transducers Thru the hull and MSI transom mount connected to the helix 12 through the ethernet network switch and the Helix 9 is connected to ethernet switch. The Helix 12 does not show in the menu that is connected to network but the helix 9 does show its connected but does not show any of the Helix 12 transducers. I have confirmed power to ethernet switch and all connectors are secure. What could be causing the Helix 12 not to connect to network?

Transducers are not shown in the Network menu, just the Connected Transducer setting in each unit's Sonar Menu.

Check the software versions, they should be the same.

This is the H10 DI+ G3N Network menu showing three units to choose from as the source for 2D sonar. One of them is a SI unit so it has a SI tab to get SI from the SI unit when that column is selected. It shows what the Connected Transducer setting is for each unit in the transducer column, but in no case can you select the transducer in the Network menu except the 360. You select the UNIT as the source for each catagory.

Sorry, What I should have said was that the Helix 9 only shows its own information and no information for the helix 12. The helix 12 does not even show that there is a network. The menu item is not showing on the Helix 12 for network. I will double check each units software update versions and download any new versions to be sure they match on updates. i will also double check connection of helix 12 Ethernet adapter cable and remove gang plug housing and plug everthing in individually to be sure its getting fully plugged in.. I feel like its going to be something simple and not a hardware problem.
