Headed down the June 8-13. Rented one of houses on the Colorado. Have 2 guide trip booked - one day bay and one day offshore. That leaves 3 days to do whatever. Any suggestions on what to do to catch fish those days? Thinking drive the beach and hit the jetty? I have an 18 ft jon boat with a mud motor should I bring it?

Appreciate any info and thank you in advance.

"optimism" is going after mobey dick in a row boat and bringing the tarter sauce
