I took Friday off and am hoping to get on some fish. Looking for an idea of where I should head. I live on Lewisville so that is an option, but i can't seem to find a crappie to save my life there. Would Ray Bob be a better choice? Wondering how muddy it will be Friday on either of these lakes and if the gates will be open.

Both are fishing well and aren’t bothered by the rain as they are post spawn. Hope you do good!

I was out on Lewisville yesterday for about 4 hrs. Caught a limit of crappie in 20-28 fow, 20' down, all caught on jigs. Any standing timber or brushpile has crappie on it now.

Thanks for the info. I will be out in a white Alumacraft. Can’t miss me. There will be a big Samoan and a high school kid in the boat with me. Holler if ya see us haha.

LOL I have definitely been mistaken for Samoan LOL!!.... I am a big Mexican in a tan and brown Cajun center console LOL don't be shy haha
