Putting this out there. I am interested in a 16’ tin boat that’s in San Antonio. I am in southern Pennsylvania right now. It would be about a 1,200-1,300 mile drive. With the very light traffic right now it should be an easy two day drive. (I have made this drive several times).

Would anyone want to consider delivering this boat for me? Thinking about $1,400 as a flat fee. Possibly a little more. UShip shows quotes between $783 and $1563 with an average price of $1173.

If you don’t agree with this or don’t want to seriously consider doing it, no need to comment.

This boat is probably only about 1,100 - 1,200 pounds at most. It’s on a solid and heavy duty trailer in very good shape.

Must be a responsible driver with a reliable vehicle and several years of driving and towing experience and able to provide references.

Pls PM if this is something you would consider doing. Share with your friends that are sitting at home going crazy and need to get out for a while. Thanks.

Thanks, it’s a little more than I want to spend but will keep you in mind.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I thought it might be a little easier and quicker to see if someone here would be interested in doing it. Will check with uship too though.

Pay for diesel and motel, $1000... 2500 Duramax will yank that no problem.. I did a hot shot trip last year in December to York, PA with 15,000lbs. If you need a reference I can send a phone number/website to the company I did this for. Location I hauled this to was Bellingham Marine in York.

I'd negotiate too, it's just something to get me out of the house and on the road! I will say though that I'd need expenses paid for (diesel, motel, etc..) Don't worry about food. Let me know though, I'd be more than happy.

Do note, I'm not a professional hotshot driver/CDL license, but have more than enough towing miles under my belt that are well over 1200lbs. And like I've said, been up to PA before.

round trip will be 2,400-2,600 miles, with no back haul 1,400.00 is pretty cheap.

have you tried a hot shot service? they should be able to load on their trailer and deliver. there are a few hotshots on here and thf that you could contact (I don't have any of their info)

This is probably the best deal you’ll find for some one to responsibly do it.

Depending on when you need it and where you are in PA I could have her there in about 2 days..

When I went to York I left Houston around 4am on a Wednesday and made it to York late Thursday evening. Stayed the night in Knoxville, TN Wednesday night than rolled in to York the next evening

Heres some pics of the PA haul. Was using a 3500 for that kind of weight. Would be using a 2500 for your boat.

If you want to give me a call, 713-303-6284. Name is Dalton

Appreciate all of the comments. Will be in touch with everyone that has expressed interest once things are finalized. Still trying to work out a couple of details.

Cool deal, let me know. As said I will negotiate for sure. We could probably be at your $1400 easily, maybe less
