They're in! Went to the local farmer's market and found Vidalia onions and Noon Day onions. Love the Vidalias and looking forward to trying the Noon Day. They also had Florida vine ripened tomatoes. They are beautiful and delicious!

whats your recipe. sounds good, I've never had maters and onions alone sliced tomato and onion rings in vinegar water with a bit of sugar is great with dinner.

whats your recipe. sounds good, I've never had maters and onions alone sliced tomato and onion rings in vinegar water with a bit of sugar is great with dinner. And some thin sliced cucumbers ,.... always on granny's table.

Fresh tomato, slice of Vidalia, Duke's mayo and salt and pepper on fresh white bread. First thing I eat when I pick the first tomato every year but had to do with Texas Sweet's which are pretty good.

Sliced tomatoes, onions, & cucumbers in a jar. Add vinegar, sugar, and Italian dressing. Good stuff.
