Was out on Ray Bob this Friday morning and got into some pretty good wind. While heading in I saw some waves actually big enough they were breaking or cresting like at the beach, but I was in open deep water near the damn. Iā€™m not talking white caps. They actually had a nice curl to them. Any idea at what height waves break in open water?

Seen it a few weeks ago when it was crazy windy during the day...I'd say it needs to be at least 1' rollers to start waves.
