I managed to get in all six trips this week on Richland Chambers and EVERY TRIP was a Grandparent fishing with his/her Grandkids! It just doesn't get too much better than this and the icing on the cake is that the weather allowed all trips and all caught a boatload of fish! We fished the Points, Humps , Islands and Roadbeds and the one day we were forced to the Shorelines due to Wind, we still found and caught a box full of fish! We had a couple of mornings of top water with fish off Ferguson Point, but most of our fish came on RSR Slabs in water ranging from 15'-30' FOW. Fish are on the move and you'll catch a few and then have to find them again. I did notice that toward the end of the week that the mid to late AM bite was better than the early AM bite. My Son (Adam) will be back fishing in June and we'll be able to accommodate more of you wanting to treat the Family & Friends to a fishing trip. I was out there this past Tuesday fishing along side you at Pelican Island did not catch any thing was having to much fun watching the kids catch fish. They were sure having fun.
