Great videos, I watched both and I recall him saying before he had no plan B. I also recall him saying if had chance to fish with anyone, he said "Me of course". I always liked that.

I cut the cord and been watching a lot of shows about circumnavigation in a sailboat. All of these guys have that attitude, this is their plan A and the only plan there is!!!

I really enjoyed these videos. I appreciate someone who pays his dues and is humble in the end.

He has always been one of my favorites. When he is dialed in he sure catches some fish. Good videos thanks for sharing.

Great videos James. I remember while I was in College at Stephen F Austin in 1990 or so. We was fishing the Red Man Cowboy division on Sam Rayburn in February. I am with my partner for that day and Tak was in the boat next to us it was cold and raining. Tak had sandals with double socks with bread bags taped to his feet. Amazing how far he has came!

Thank you James for this...I've been following both you and Tak for years. This seems to have moved him up on my favorites list.

PS: don't worry you're up there as well. In case you were missing any sleep over it. cheers

Great videos! Good way to spend some time during the "lock down" days. Very interesting story about Takahiro staying in a tent on an island fishing every day right after high school. But then again what high school kid, that loves fishing, wouldn't love doing that for a while! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for the videos! TAK is inspirational James, and not only for fisherman but also for every type of individual looking to accomplish whatever dream they may have. Thank the Lord for America!

Great stuff!! I really like how Tak fishes. He is mainly a power fishing guy and is solid in his belief that he can catch them that way. He's really been productive in the MLF. I got to hear him speak at a Bass Pro thing and he had a great Q&A session with everyone giving really detailed answers.

Great vid, James. I had dropped your vid here (and a number of other places) awhile back. I didn't know whether you would post them in here of not. Anyway, great work on your latest videos. Tok is definitely a great story about perseverance and over coming the odds.

Your last half dozen videos have been stellar. Keep up the good/hard work.
