I have a 10’ fishing kayak. It has 2 built in rod holders and netting on the front and rear of it to hold things down. It also has those plastic tracks on both sides for mounting accessories.
I would like to start getting some accessories here at some point and was wondering what would be some cool things to put on a kayak to make it more fun or give it more utility.
Also what accessories are made to go on those plastic tracks and where can I buy them?
Only thing I have done so far is add a fish measuring ruler.

those 'tracks' are great for accessories because you can add your gear for fishing and remove them for transport and storage. to make my kayak more useful i added a rod holder. it's nice to put your rod in while removing a fish to make my kayak more fun i added a drink holder..... good luck. i know you'll love kayak fishing

I’m going to have to get one of those rod holders that mounts to the rails. Those look better than the ones that are already on my kayak which are essentially just holes you stick the handles into.
I’ve had fun fishing with it so far and look forward to many more outings with it.

My big 3 Start with safety and get a flag/light. Might want to look at the Yak Attack Visi Carbon Pro They make a 4 led light you can get to swap out with the one it comes with. The 4led light provides lots more light. Want this behind you, may need to put some track back there or on a crate behind you. Fish finder, will need holder for finder and potentially arm for transducer. Can user you track for one or both Anchor Trolley.

If looking to rod holders check out the Yak Attack Omega rod holder with lock n load mounting systemCouple things I really like. 1)Holds casting, spinning, fly rods with large, narrow, long or short handles, also can close the front section if desired. Very easy to get rods into/out of and holds them well. 1)Lock n Load mount is great. Can easily rotate, easy on/off and once in place does not move. eliminates all disadvantages of a ball mounted holder. I really love this rod holder.
