Can anyone recommend a reputable service technician for my xi5. We went out for crappie a couple of days ago- spot locked on the first brush pile and can hear it tick/ grind type sound as shaft was moving. Almost sounds like a bearing or bushing. Anyway - looking for someone who is familiar with xi5 close to me (dripping springs/ Wimberly).
Thanks in advance

Thanks Reeves, I would drive to ft worth if they are good! Iā€™m hoping to find something a little closer- maybe between Austin and San Antonio. Anyone else had xi5 worked on down this way?

If you ever travel to San Angelo take it to Pro-Line Trolling Motors.

As I recall, the nearest Motorguide dealer is in Marble Falls. I took my Xi5 there 2 years ago. I forgot the name, it was warranty service, so I really can't say if they're good or bad. They were nice enough though. Tim

One 10-pounder is better than ten 1-pounders; but 100 1-pounders is ok too!
