Had randy Davis out for a teach trip. He wanted to learn the lake. Showed him lotz of places to catch sandbass. But they were'nt any sandbass there. we found them on a 24 ft. slope. It was on for a couple of hours . Caught between 150 and 200.. We got tried . All fish released. All fish caught on chartuese and white ole ugly slabs and flies. Well, using a little of Johnny’s advice, went to the lake again tonight we absolutely whacked em’!!!! Every fish caught on Johnny’s Ole Uglies!!! Killer slabs sir! We went out with the kids tonight but didn’t find them. Are they done moving shallow in the evening? I checked a few humps also and saw nothing on the grass. Fished from 5:30 to 8 this evening.

I found them in 10-13 last night. We caught 75+.
