I just changed address online with my truck.I got it done , but had to pay double inspection price

But, with that said, they are only open for CDL transactions. They won’t answer the phones but are stationed outside at the Ft Worth mega center. I was told this and didn’t believe it till I went down. Quickest trip I’ve ever made to the dps.

I was able to get a Mexico DL last year when in Mexico, I use that as my DL in Texas now.

When did you go down there?

2 weeks ago. I needed to upgrade my cdl permit for a license. They were at a folding table set up at the door. Told them what I needed and they walked me inside and sat me down with a clerk.

So sad but so true

I got a new license in the mail today.

As mentioned above it is going to be circus when the finally open.

Once they open up and you need to renew you DL. Just walk in wearing a US Border Patrol Hat and Tee Shirt............trust me you will have the whole place to yourself and walk to the front of the line.

I am due for a renewal in person in a couple weeks. They need to extend the grace period to the rest of the year. There are going to be so many people that need to renew.

I just sent mine in yesterday by mail.For the first time in my life,i got the option to mail it in,or do it online. Usually,i am standing in line at the DMV.
