Hey yall!

Hope everyone is still doing good and healthy. We made a trip down to a local creek to do a little fishing. Wading creeks is probably my favorite way to fish just because you never know what you might catch...and today didn't disappoint. We caught some bass, bream, trout and a couple other species!

We go over some of the tactics we use when fishing in creeks to help anyone that may be new to creek fishing. It's a little different from just fishing in a lake because the current is really the main factor when trying to find fish. If you can find slack water behind rocks or other obstructions that's what you'll want to fish because the predatory fish will be holding their waiting for bait to flow on by. We go over most of the tips in the vid but feel free to ask any questions and I'll try to help you out!

Have a good weekend everyone!

Well done thumb

Was it filmed in Texas? I never heard of Roanoke bass before.

welcome To the TFF! Nice presentation and a nice variety of fish. Would be very surprised if you were fishing a creek in Texas especially this time of year catching Rainbow Trout. No matter where you were fishing you did a very good job producing your video. thumb

Nice video. Beautiful stream. What state? Clearly not anywhere in(or close) to Texas. I have canoe/kayak fished many rivers in Texas. Llano, Perdanales, Devils, Pecos, Brazos, S. Llano, Guadalupe......and many in Oklahoma, Missouri and Arkansas. The 3”-4” chartreuse curly tailed grub on a 1/8-1/4oz jig head is my absolute go to bait on all these rivers. They will hit other baits but if they aren’t bitting the grub....they are not biting!
