Ordered a couple when the original thread showed up back on 5/15. They sent me an Order confirmation/number and charged my card that night but no further communication regarding the Order since 5/15. 9:30 this morning they have mass emailed their periodic sales flyer that includes the exact same blue cooler for $49.99 , “in store only”. Don’t know if anyone will ever see their internet ordered cooler but they may have a few left at the stores if someone wants to do the legwork to chase it.

Honestly....I don't really care if the shipping is behind.....I just want it for that price.

I just got off of the phone with Leslie Customer service. Was told the order shows that the cooler is being shipped directly from the manufacture with no additional information available. He said that he would send an Email to the manufacturer, which he showed to be based out of Georgia, and would provide me an Email update asap. Not holding my breath. May go by the local Leslie store and see if they have them in stock for the $49.99 price as MDM showed in a previous post. If so I'll pick one up and cancel my online order.

Getting your knickers in a knot won't do any good or get it here any faster. Have Patience. Everything is messed up from the whole pandemic nonsense and everybody is on their last nerve.

Just got another message on FB from a lady named Kelly with them saying there was request sent to the warehouse asking what the hold up is about.

Hello, I've located an order number for you. It should have come by email. It's A1865642. It appears that there's been a delay in the shipment of the coolers. I've put in a request to our warehouse to find out what is causing the delay and when they will be shipped. I've flagged your message for follow up. My apologies for the delay. -Kelly

How do you know it was a lady?

The more I think of this deal, the more I think a "lead broker" is involved. Years ago when I was in vacation "marketing" the sales reps would discuss the quality of our "leads" from week to week. Owners of company would openly discuss this weeks leads... "buyers leads".. they all had recently purchased something in the x to y price range on a credit card... blah, blah, blah. What I took from this was that sometimes lead brokers would acquire leads in ways that weren't ethical, to be resold over and over. It has to be one of the dirtiest businesses out there. Heard from more than one of the owners of companies I worked for say "lead brokers" were some of scummiest people on the face of the earth.

So how does this relate to what's going on here. Someone puts out a product for sale at an incredible price to acquire name, email address, telephone number, and physical address of a credit card holder that responds to online purchasing. No intent to deliver, or limited offers, refunds money for orders not delivered and sells your name over and over. Big bucks. Just my 2 cents.

Maybe by association (Leslie), which I could be wrong with that one too.
