Picked up my 3rd truck from Moritz Chevrolet last week. 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Texas Edition. I went outside my box this time and got a Red truck. Hands down the best truck I've ever had. Accessories are unbelievable. I had the side steps and Rhino liner added on. I cannot say enough good things about my salesman Jessie or the crew at Moritz. And that includes Monte. I get nothing for saying this. There is no other reason to not shop Moritz.

I may have to drive up and give Moritz Chevy a chance when I go to buy my next truck.

Monte and his people at Moritz are some of the best I have done business with. Fought off the urge for another year to go get a new one but I am sure in a few months we will be buying a couple of more from him.

Congrats on the new truck. Red is the fasted I've heard. I've also bought 3 trucks from Monte and his crew. They are for sure TOP notch.

Do you mind sharing what % you got off of the sticker. Not the selling price.

School me on the greatness of your experiences. I’m truthfully not understanding what makes the experience better.

No BS, no games, the best prices I have found. Monte and his guys work their butts off to make it a painless process. Tell them what you want and they get it done. They do not try to upsell you and play games. The price is the price.

As much as they support local fishing as well as charities I feel better about spending my money with them. My wife and I buy all of our vehicles there as does my 3 kids that live in Texas.

Couple of years back my daughter bought a new Equinox there. She started having trouble with her phone pairing with the touch screen. They swapped out radios and did a bunch of investigation to figure it out. They called her and told her to go price a new phone and let them know. She did and they had her swing by and pick up a check for that amount. She never had an issue with the new radio paired to new phone.

My other daughter took her car in for a detail the week before her upcoming wedding as they were taking her car on their honeymoon. She dropped it off and somehow during the dropoff they learned of the wedding. They gave her a loaner and when she returned she had a nice gift card to WM as well as some other cool wedding gifts they had put together in a bag with a card in it. They also comped the detail on the car.

Those are just a couple of the things we have seen from them.

They used lube, most dealerships do not.

TPack here is what I got. MSRP was a little over 48000 for the truck I got. I added side steps a a Rhino liner spray in bed liner. I was out the door at 35000. With tha being said. Was it the greatest deal in the world. I dont know. I dont go to the dealership and look around. I've driven Chevy's my whole life. I dont need to window shop or test drive. I have not test driven any of the last 3 I have owned. I worked with my salesman Jessie over the phone. I ask him to put together the best deal possible. I liked the numbers. Plus right now interes rates are awsome.
.

What makes Moritz the best in my mind. No games. No 4 corner sales pitches. Great selection. No pressure at all. My salesman Jessie apologized twice for text messages he sent. And they were legitimate questions. Their service department is top notch. And then their is Monte Coons. He personally takes each sale personel. Him and the other manager have been with Moritz over I think 18 years. There salesmen stay there. The Moritz family takes care of there employees. Whic leads to happy people. I get nothing for saying this. It is just the truth. If it wasnt I would not of been back 3 times. My only regret is not going there sooner.

Minner no lube needed when there word is good. No games, no tricks no upsell. No lube required. I have heard other dealerships have the market on lube. Plus stock options.

On one of my trucks I called my sales rep and told him I was on the way for a new truck. Told him he knew what I liked and to get one ready. Went smoothtttttt. Was in and out in a little more then a hour.
