I have been going to local parks the last few days because I can’t find any places that I feel comfortable enough to legally fish. I was fishing this real mossy pond and each time I would clean some moss off my rig. On one cast I brought in a large amount of moss and it was covered in these weird grey ovals that looked like something living also there was a real fine clear worm thinner than fishing line. So my question is should I tell twpd or would it be a city thing? I believe the ponds are stocked annually.

If you fish a lot of grassy lakes/ponds, you’ll notice that almost all grass has some form of “life” in it. I fish one grass lake a lot. It’s choked with grass a lot of times. I peel and pick grass off the hooks all day. I see little worm looking things in the grass all the time. Some of them bite like hell. Lol. Feel like a fire ant.

It just is what it is.

It's normal. No need to waste TWPD's time.

Take a pic of it next time. Grass is usually full of organisms and maybe its normal maybe it isn't. I wouldn't eat it!!
