Two Sunday's ago I fished Big Lew and some person parked next to me, hit my trailer and knocked out my left side back trailer light. Why didn't you leave a note? Iv done it before, I left a note with my phone number and repaired the guys trailer. What happend to the days when bassers were upstanding people? I think it's the same guys who cut you off when your fishing and run right over your hole when you are fishing it. I do miss the days when we respected each other.

I get what you are saying but I think you assuming they were bass fishermen might be assuming to much. It is Lewisville after all and I bet bass fishermen make up less than 10% of Lewisville traffic on a Sunday. LOL

You can say low class are you can say no class all shall apply. It's the way they were raised and by whom. The entire family is most likely the same way. It's a breed of people that's out there. You can recognize most of them.

I agree with jafish. Common courtesy and respect for for others is something that is taught.

It could've been worse. I came back to the weigh-in at a BFL, went to load the boat and someone had stolen my trailer. 200 boats and I guess I was the one that had the perfect trailer. That made for a long evening.

Pretty typical of the way people are nowadays. It’s a sad world in which we live.....good idea on taking pics but doubt you could prove they did the damage unless you went to their house. Then they would prob shoot if you went onto their property.

Sounds like a bad situation all around. Interested in how you gout out of this one... I don’t know where I’d begin to look for a trailer on the weekend after a tourney.

I had this happened at Jordan Park on Ray Roberts. Guy backing out tore up mu fender and left two gashes in my tires. I had to buy 2 tires, and decided to just leave the fender all dented up. I was lucky to not have blown a tire on the way home. And the hassle of taking 2 wheels off the trailer and leaving it on jack stands until I got them replaced. I wish I could punch that guy in the face.
