Here is a map screenshot of a place I think I found that should be an easy way into the water. Drove by it last week, it is on Wildlife Parkway next to Lonestar Park in GrandPrairie. Anyone else tried this area?

I do not want a big lake I want secluded and this looks like a win. Opinions please. This was Lion Country Safari years and years ago.

Thanks

Part of the point of kayak fishing is to not be somewhere close or easy.

i fished from the bank at Waggoner Park, last weekend.
Water is really clear There is a dam about 150 yards East of 161.
There was 1 guy in a Jeep, who drove down to the creek, otherwise its a decent walk.
There should be plenty of water to explore.

I've tried the ponds off wildlife a few times. Nothing great. Clear water.

Every time I went, somebody skeezy looking parked next to my Jeep and watched me.

I won't be going back.
