I fished Waco for the first time in about a month this morning and found action on all the usual spots. Main lake structure in 20 - 30' of water was holding whites. Most of them were smaller 10-12" range with an occasional 15" fish. Caught all of them on white and chartreuse slabs. f Action was quick as they were constantly on the move. I was drifting over the structure and would catch 8 to 10 here and there back to back then a short lull and they would come through again.. Total count was 86. Did find some decent hybrids on the river side of the old hwy 6 roadbed. I caught a good number of 15" fish on slabs and 6 healthy 18-20" fish on live shad.

Iโm headed to Waco this weekend to take mom fishing. Never fished Waco for whites. If you donโt mind me asking where bouts were you on lake? Just general location if fine by me ๐
