Having trouble finding online maintenance program for this motor. What should be done annually & semi-annually? I’ve changed impeller/LU oil semi-annually. What else should I do? Thanks

Grease zerks, propshaft, re-torque all your motor mount bolts to correct ft. lbs. If its a 2 stroke start using Don Weeds cocktail in your gas.

Frank my 250 has several filters that make of the bulk of the “maintenance” which I do every other year. Fish a lot but don’t ride around a lot. Respectfully: ”Google is your friend” (or at least can be)! Lots of options and probably even find YouTube videos on anything you are unsure of. Download owners manual: http://download.brunswick-marine.com/filereader/file/pdf/4/enen/outboard/2013/optimax/8m0077318r.pdf Or purchase service manual: https://www.onlinemanuals.net/product/2010-2012-mercury-115-optimax-pro-xs-repair-manual/ Lots of options.

Theres a bunch of little oil filters, replace those and be sure to buy the mercury zip ties made with the curve otherwise you will have an oil leak, if it has water separating fuel filter replace that too.
