noticed major construction at corner of 515 and 2946 at lake fork. no signs just wondering if anyone knows what is going in . residence or business?

I watched it sell.. not sure what it’s going to be yet. They have the forms set. It was a good buy for 60k in my opinion. 3.5 acres approximately. I’m surprised the storage place next door didn’t get it to keep access but it’s still a lot of money so I get it. The forms don’t show it but I still have high hopes for a chic-fila!

The building going on, on the pensulia between Big Caney and Little Caney may be the proposed tournament facility and ramp that has been mentioned over they years and proposed by the LFSA at least 10 years ago. The money for the project I believe is from the lawsuit completed and won by the SRA a couple of years ago and the reason for all of the ramp improvements of late.
