What needs to be done to this motor to keep it up? I do impeller and gear lube every other year, so good there. What else? thanks

Trim fluid, lubricate trim rods. Grease steering cable. Check transom bolts.

I replace on a 2006,
Fuel filter x1
Air filter,
Lower Unit,
Review and lube Various points in user Manuel,
My steering rod has a zerk on it but I have been cautioned on greasing it by a mechanic, recommended penetrating oil on visible rod. (I had to have a new steering cable and the one removed had grease that was like concrete in the unit) so I am a believer,
OEM spark plugs when they look like they need a change,
I donโt change T n T fluid (is that a thing?) but I do lube the rods,
Fuel system cleaner 2-3 times a year.
