Fished Falcon two and half days this weekend and the fishing was pretty good. We averaged about 25 to 30 fish on the two full days and caught 15 the last 1/2 day. Lots of 2-3 lbs everyday.

Most fish were caught on secondary points and hardwoods in 2-8 fow.
Lipless cranks and vibrating jigs were best on points and T/R Rage craws in the hardwoods The bigger fish seem to be in the hardwoods. Biggest fish was 4.5lbs and we lost a couple bigger fish in the hardwoods. We did catch some fish on main lake point but nothing consistent. Props to James at FLT for pointing us in the right direction. All fish were caugh on the SOUTH end of the lake.

Fish continue to be caught in the same old fashion.. Flippin, crankin and dragging..

Good numbers reported yesterday.. Lots of fish out on points..

Lake is low and fishing is good.. You need to pay attention running the lake but it is no problem at all if you run the channel..

Ask us if you have any questions..

Crappie are excellent in brushpiles and the white bass are schooling down south and you can catch em two at a time..

Watch for splashing on surface or birds divebombing..

Fishing is a good as it has been in a couple of years..

Here is a 4 1/2 lbs bass that jumped into my boat while I was getting my lure free of the rocks today. I guess the trolling motor surprised it. That is how crazy the fishing is on Falcon right now.
