Will there be another "wave" of shallow crappie to spawn like bass do ?

Or once they pull back they are done.

Crappie spawn in waves. When exactly the last wave moves in I am not sure. Right now you will have mostly post spawn fish with some last spawners still spawning. Most should be done very soon.

Disclaimer: I'm not a guru!!
TX being a big State, there's numerous different spawn patterns. Lavon and Hubbard are noted for extended spawn into May. Depending on water clarity, fish may be from 2-10 FOW spawning. There may be another "wave", but the fish don't have to move shallow this time of year to spawn. If I wanted to target some shallow areas, this week is a good time to be looking.
