Didn’t get a mail renewal. Called the local TPW office and closed until further notice. Any idea how I can get one? Prefer to walk in somewhere to get it. Instead of mail

I was told there will be a grace period for 60 days after the lock down is over. I don't want to think about the lines at the DMV offices. I do most of my renewals online which can still be done now but I have a couple trailers without VIN #'s so I have to walk in for them bang

Did boat online at TPWD site and new decal and card were here in a week. Printed receipt works as a temporary permit. Doing vehicles and trailers online and works well if you allow 24 hours for the Inspection Report to arrive at the DMV. No VIN I don’t know.
