As much as the world's a mess right now and I'm missing fishing tourneys, it's been a blast spending a few days on Texas lakes this spring with my son instead of on some suckhole fishing for a limit of 12 inchers. High water means lots of fun options, a few ways I've caught big ones recently...

Never too dirty for me as long as it isn't gritty blown out fresh mud, I just fish it really shallow if it is super dirty. Clearer it is, they'll come up a long ways for topwater
