Lewisville and RR have been letting out water for a while. I've struggled when it come to putting a pattern together and I've just been telling myself that these fish are in a "funk" due to the lakes releasing water. Should I run to the north end of the lake? To my knowledge the fish on the northern ends shouldn't be impacted like the fish on the southern end. Just wanted to make a post to hear y'alls input, been catching a few fish here and there, it has just very inconsistent for me lately.

Still fishing south on Lewisville, and doing pretty well. Catching most on Topwater and spinnerbaits in very shallow water (2-4 feet) Yes, they are releasing a lot of water, but the fish are still there (many still easy to see roaming around in bush and tree areas. I plan to try the northern areas this weekend

Just put your head down and go fish shallow for now. Find the steeper banks and not the shallower banks, then once the lakes level you can hit em all. Dark soft plastics close to the timber.
