Great job, I met Rod as he was leaving the lake. The boat in his signature line made me stop and ask. Well as you might know, I am limited with my 8' bass hunter and no electronics but that lake is good to me. We shared a little info and out I went. I did not have his kind of success but I did bring home dinner for 3 and didn't have to throw a single fish back. Fished same timber as Rod as it is accessible to me plus a few other places close by. All fish off timber anywhere from 8 FOW to around 20 if memory serves but all fish caught between 6 and 11 feet down and on a few different colors but the combo he used has been working well on Aquilla the last few weeks. See ya next time and it was nice to meet you. I will also have a new to me graph to use, mainly for depths and marking brush piles or other unseen structure.

That lake and the other I fish have already been more crowded than I've ever seen. At least Aquilla has enough room to not have to feel to cramped but ramp parking is hard to get

Hope that’s your name and spelling is correct. Old age memory and hearing is not so good these days! LOL. I sent you a PM.

Was there yesterday. Pretty tuff Rods454 you must have them hidden somewhere and wouldn’t let them out to play. I fished most of the day. Started in the timber 16-18 then down from there along the channel. I fished the bridge and caught 4 keepers that were released. Cloudy conditions didn’t help either.
