In the early post spawn, one of my favorite ways to catch bass is in super shallow water on a small swimbait. Here’s a video explaining exactly what I do. https://youtu.be/seGwLAnCKpsDo you throw small swimbaits up shallow? If so, what color do you rely on the most?

We're catching bass on small swim baits right now on Da Bend, mostly shad colored. I have also been doing good on Yamamoto Ika's in Watermelon color. I fished Patroon yesterday with a friend an he did good on a Swimming Fluke in shad color while I was fishing the Ika's. Thanks for the great video's.

Never test the depth of the water with both feet.

Thanks Bobby! Yea, that is a killer way to catch them there. It seems like ages since I fished Toledo.
