Does anyone know any good custom rod builders they would recommend? What is your experience been with Custom Rods can you build one and sensitive say as a NRX?

Talk to Chris with Caddo Custom Rods. IM him on his Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CaddoCustomRods/He can talk to you about the components needed to build a rod as sensitive as you want. He does beautiful work as well

A custom built rod is "usually" far superior to any factory rod. They're lighter and more sensitive, and the action can be tailored to your specific needs. I've built hundreds as have several others on here, and I'm certain they will tell you the same thing.

Lynn at Bubba’s Custom Rodz on FB or call (903) 754-4731. He’s very reasonable and will make you exactly what you want! He’s made a dozen or so of my rods... And yes I would say a custom rod can be made about as sensitive as you wanna go... There are several blanks that are very sensitive on the market, some are made by the same blank company’s that supply Major name brand their blanks.

no you cant, that blank is not sold to any builders
I had some rods custom built and dont even use them they were much heavier than I expected and supposedly I held the same rods in a different color in the shop.
the most sensitive blank I think you can get to be closest to nrx is the north fork composites blanks I believe called x ray.
